On March 2020, we decided to close the operations from our business due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, following diligently the directions from the Local Authorities, World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our main priority became the health and safety from our patrons and staff members. As conscious business owners, we immediately recognized this public health crisis as a profoundly serious matter and decided to close our operations for business as the best decision to contribute to be able to meet the needs of our local community.
For close to 10 years we have been a local Italian favorite restaurant spot from our community, offering only homemade and honest food.
Today, we would like to announce that we are re-opening our business on our regular business hours to continue being part of this community. WE ARE SAFELY REOPEN OUR RESTAURANT. Our hearts are filled with joy of receiving our community, familiar and new faces!
As many of you have known us for so many years, you know cleanliness has always been of utmost importance for us and will continue to be. Our restaurant is committed and is going to be following all the proper guidelines to protect our employees, customers, and our community. We are committed to safely operate within the permitted authority guidelines. Rest assure that we are going the extra mile to ensure your and our staff’s safety.
As we are all going into a “NEW NORMAL” and getting adjusted to this new world, we would like you to know that we will do our best to deliver the dining experience you have grown accustom from D’Oro Caffe !
As our community and staff members are our priority, we are implementing the following necessary steps, guidelines, and procedures to safely operate:
Cleaning and Disinfection
Our staff is properly trained to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (door handles, cash registers, workstations, sink handles, bathroom stalls), as well as, clean shared objects (payment terminals, tables, chairs, countertops/bars, trays, condiment holders) between each use and as needed throughout the day. Our staff is also trained to wash, rinse, disinfect, and then sanitize food contact surfaces, food preparation surfaces, and food preparation equipment.
Proper sanitation Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered solution will be used for cleaning and disinfecting, complying with proper guidelines in disinfecting and sanitizing microbes on surfaces and/or objects.
Cloth Face Coverings and Protective Equipment
Our Staff and patrons are required to use cloth face coverings specially when physical distancing is difficult to maintain.
Our Staff is always required to use gloves and change them as needed.
Healthy Hygiene Behaviors
We strongly support healthy hygiene behaviors for our staff and patrons, the usage of hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol (placed throughout the common areas at the restaurant) and no-touch/foot pedal trash cans.
Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Protocol
Employees are required to use cloth face coverings at all times. Employees are required to frequent handwashing (before, during, and after preparing food and after touching common surfaces) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Employees are required to cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue. Hands must be washed immediately with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Staff Meetings
On regular basis, staff meetings will be scheduled in order to keep our staff educated, trained and informed with the latest needed guidelines to safely operate.
CARE
We encourage all of our staff members to stay home in the event they don’t feel well.
Ultimately, we WANT all of you to have a nice and peaceful dine in experience, for that, we request to give other dine in folks their space.💪
